Join us for an hour of invigorating yoga, surrounded by Deodhar trees. Yoga in the mountains is a grounding experience as it helps connect and commune with nature while being able to appreciate every minute detail around you. Draw inspiration from the mountains and flow into the pace of the Surya Namaskars.
Manila takes the practice forward with approachable and easy to follow steps. She has been practising yoga for five years and is trained in the Ashtanga style of yoga.
