The facilitator of this experience is a marathon runner, Acro Yoga Enthusiast & Yoga practitioner/teacher for the last 5 years.
She concentrates on flexibility, strength, endurance, mobility and breath work during the class.
It’s a wholesome session complete with yoga, breathwork, meditation and chanting and is conducted at a beach closest to where you’re staying.
