- Welcome Drink: Butter Tea
- Soup: Zakthuk, a staple soup made with roasted ground barley, nettle & sun-dried local cheese.
- Starters: Tingmo & Aloo Phin - Steam bun with ladakhi style potato & glass noodles served with spicy chutney.
- Thenthuk - Typical ladakhi noodles soup dish cooked in vegetable broth along with hand pulled noodles.
- Main course: Yarkhandi Pulao - A Ladakhi haute cuisine travelled through the ancient silk route along with the traders, one of the most prized local delicacies.
