Whether you have a new wood-fired pizza oven or are just thinking about getting one or just want to experience cooking with one, you will find plenty to learn from this experience. This workshop takes place in a beautiful old Goan home using wood-fired ovens setup in Chorao.
Learn the basics about how to choose the right flour, working with wood, and the right tools.
You will be working with a variety of local and imported flours and each of you will roll out at least 3 pizzas each. These wood fired ovens dish out hot hot pizzas in just 90 seconds!
There will also be several toppings you can add to your pizzas - dry herbs, feta, mozzarella, olives, jalapenos, tomato puree, sauteed mushrooms & aubergine and some smoked tomatoes with spice infused olive oil. The best part? It’s BYOB.
The workshop is a combination of both demo and hands-on learning. A lovely way to engage yourself in balmy Goa.
