This was the capital of the Kacchawaha Rajputs before they shifted to Jaipur around three hundred years ago. This walk takes us to some of the most beautiful temples dating back to the 17th century. Artistic havelies, old cenotaphs, mosques, a step well and a lot more!

  • The town of Amber (better known as Amer) was originally built by Meenas and is commemorated for its treasured history. It was the capital of the Kacchawaha Rajputs before they shifted to Jaipur around 300 years ago.
  • Note: If guests are interested, we can also visit the Anokhi Museum of Textiles, entry tickets to be paid by guests.
