The sunset aarti at Har ki Pauri is one of Haridwar's most iconic sights. On this tour guests begin there - making their way through Haridwar’s famous market, Moti Bazaar, sampling some truly unique local chaat and visiting interesting buildings along the way, ending at Maya Devi Temple.

- Congregate at Har ki Pauri Parking. Walk across the bridge and witness the aarti (if one is doing the evening tour) at Har ki pauri. Walk through Moti Bazaar and sample some chaat, sweets and chai. Visit some lesser known temples and courtyard buildings on the way. End the tour at Maya Devi Temple, considered to be one of the shakti peeths.

- Transport is not included, the meeting point is Har ki Pauri parking.
- Comfortable walking shoes, Better to avoid sleeveless clothing or shorts if you would like to enter a temple.
- Please be respectful and behave appropriately in religious and private spaces. Removal of shoes may be mandatory to enter some temples.
- Can we do a private aarti at Har ki Pauri? By default, this tour starts with the aarti at Har ki Pauri, but guests would only be able to observe it from a distance due to the crowds. To do a private aarti, a VIP slot needs to be booked which can be done for an additional charge. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to do so. It will add at least 1 hour to the duration of the tour.
