Learn all about the bees and the amazing life they lead in the intimate setting of our village workshop. This event is designed to create, and satiate, curiosity about bees, raw honey, and the ecology, and includes honey-sweetened cold drinks, storytelling, and an elaborate tasting session where participants taste distinct variants of Himalayan honey to discern nuances in aroma, colour and tastes aided by an aroma and tasting wheel. Story scrolls will reveal fascinating facts and anecdotes related to the ancient relationship of bees and humankind.
The cost includes a 45 gm jar of honey chosen by each guest after the tasting.
Note: Varieties offered at the tasting may vary from the varieties available to take home, based on availability.
