Known for its inventive handmade pasta, Toast Pasta Bar, led by the talented Chef Devika Manjrekar, is set to bring its bold flavors and creative twists to our space.
The exclusive pop-up menu will feature a selection of their most cherished dishes, blending authentic Italian techniques with the freshest local produce, and reimagined in Chef Devika’s signature style. It’s a unique chance for Bangaloreans to savor the iconic flavors that have made Toast Pasta Bar a sensation in Mumbai, now paired with the best of our region’s seasonal ingredients.

Meet Chef Devika Manjrekar at The Conservatory
Devika Manjrekar, Chef & entrepreneur, is the creative force behind Mumbai's Beloved Toast Pasta Bar and Toast Doughnut Shop. Devika’s culinary journey began at 17, inspired by Jamie Oliver, and countless episodes of Masterchef Australia. While pursuing her bachelor’s degree at St. Xavier’s College, Devika had an epiphany — she wanted to become a Chef. Back in Mumbai, Devika's initial stint in the restaurant industry was challenging, leading her to quit her first job after just three days. However, her persistence paid off when she joined another establishment, where she learned to bridge the gap between the techniques she mastered in London and the realities of Indian kitchens. To gain further experience, Devika apprenticed at The Empress E9 in London and later honed her skills at Bernardi’s under Chef Sabrina Gidda. These experiences, particularly at Bernardi’s, where she managed the pasta section during high-demand services, profoundly influenced her approach to female leadership and kitchen dynamics.

Toast Pasta Bar, an Italian restaurant in Mumbai's Lower Parel by Chef Devika Manjrekar offers handmade pasta, innovative cocktails, and a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open kitchen allows guests to see the food being prepared, and the restaurant is designed to be comfortable and accommodating. Chef Devika, a graduate of Dublin Cookery School and Le Cordon Bleu, has poured her passion for Italian cuisine into every aspect of Toast Pasta Bar. The menu is a testament to her commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and showcasing the versatility of pasta.

- Conservatory is located on the 2nd floor of courtyard which is a 44 steps climb up
- Do not purchase tickets from anyone other than on the ticketing platform.
- No-shows and cancellations are non-refundable by all means.
- Tickets are non-transferable and are for personal use only.
- Children aged 7 and above require a ticket to attend the meal. If you are bringing a child under 7, please inform us in advance, as we do not have a baby seat at the venue.
- The schedule is subject to change in case of an emergency or any event out of our control.
- Management will entertain no liability or claims arising due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink.
- Parking near the event premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
- Paid Valet Parking at Rs. 200 per car.
- The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder's appearance on any channel without any further approval.
- Please note that both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are prepared in the same kitchen.
