To celebrate The Conservatory, which has fostered experimentation and creative expression through food for the last two years, we bring you another unconventional dining experience.

Taking inspiration from its botanical setting, modelled after the Lal Bagh greenhouse, this menu plays with the forms and flavours of fruits and vegetables.

In our daily lives we use vegetables for savoury dishes, and focus on fruits for sweeter things. This menu aims to challenge that status quo in a fun and playful manner - fruits for dinner and vegetables for dessert!

• Parking near the event premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
• Paid Valet Parking at Rs. 200 per car.
• The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder's appearance on any channel without any further approval.
