Harmony in Motion: Tai Chi & Qigong for Balance and Wellness

Whether you’re a beginner or experienced in mindful practices, this experience offers a serene and supportive environment to explore your personal journey towards greater health and balance. No prior experience in Tai Chi or Qigong is necessary, and the experience is open to all fitness levels. The 90-minute session is designed to be gentle and adaptable, allowing you to move at your own pace. Please wear comfortable, free-flowing clothing for ease of movement. If you have any injuries or health concerns, feel free to inform the facilitator, and adjustments will be made accordingly.
Facilitated by Datta, an International Master Instructor with over 30 years of experience, a 6th Degree Black Belt, and certified Life Coach, this session promises a powerful connection between body, mind, and breath.
