✨Shavasana & Yoga Nidra As you lie down in Shavasana, you will be introduced to a Yoga Nidra meditation internalizing your awareness and calming your mind. Yoga Nidra is a powerful ancient yogic practice that allows you to withdraw your senses from the external world and explore deeper states of your mind.

✨Sound Bath

We will then craft a magical atmosphere with sounds from a diverse set of Tibetan singing bowls, gong and other instruments. It's a sensory journey like no other an evening of wellness, relaxation, and wonder! ♫
