Located at Radisson Blu Atria, Bangalore, Tijouri aims to bring the diverse flavours of India to the heart of Bangalore, celebrating the rich culinary traditions of the country through an authentic and immersive dining experience. Our mission is to preserve traditional recipes and introduce them to a wider audience through both dining experiences and retail products.
As our first pop up we bring to you the Kashmir Kitchen by Jasleen Marwah.
Jasleen is a self taught Chef, who started her Kashmiri delivery kitchen l, Namak by jasleen, in the lockdown. Exploring her roots and Kashmiri cuisine became an important part of her food journey and she believes in telling these stories through her food. Her signature dish is the Tabakh Maaz, a dish that also features in the Wazwan- mutton ribs slow cooked in whole spices and then pan fried in ghee.
