ABOUT CHEF MAKO:

With roots from Japan, a Chef & Restaurant Developer by profession, Chef Mako's culinary journey is extraordinary. An alumnus of Lycée Hôtelier Saint-Louis, France, he went on to set up the acclaimed restaurants Harima, 10 Speakeasy, 1Q1 and many more. Chef Mako’s most recent venture was co-founding Chef’s-a-Porter: a platform connecting renowned Chefs and curious Diners. He has truly made his mark in the Bangalore culinary scene.
