Join us to celebrate the often-overlooked culinary culture of Odisha with Chef Rachit Kirteeman. His devotion to Odia food goes beyond technique -- it's a love letter to his home state, where food is deeply connected to the land, the Bay of Bengal that skirts it, its seasons, and its people.

Odisha's culinary exports have traditionally focused on festival and temple rituals, such as the Mahaprasad offerings at the Jagannath Temple but chefs like Rachit are championing the everyday dishes that define Odia cuisine.

Experience the distinct flavours of Odisha's tribal, coastal, and riverine regions through dishes like Dalma, Chakuli Pitha, and Bhaja Chena, which showcase the under-the-radar ingredients and stories of the state. 

But this kitchen takeover isn't just about tradition, it's about rediscovery, blending time-honored techniques with creative flair to appeal to both seasoned enthusiasts and curious newcomers.
