Solitude Kitchen is a collaboration between Earthbowl Farms and Michelin trained Chef Anuroopa Gupta of Masterchef India fame. It’s a farm-to-fork and farm-to-jar venture that collaborates with local farmers to create delicious themed dishes and jarred goods for the Pink City’s population. Their menu changes depending on what’s seasonally available — one week, you might have a Mediterranean menu to choose from and in another, Spanish dishes await.
