This workshop is inclusive and non-gender specific, as it focuses on cultivating the divine feminine energy that resides within each of us. By embracing this energy, we can live more mindfully and authentically, tap into our intuition and inner wisdom, break free from limiting patterns and conditioning."

This workshop will flow through 4 mindful healing modules as follows :

• ⁠⁠Respira - led by Nupur : Derived from the Latin word for breath, emphasising the importance of breathwork. A practice that combines physical movements with mental awareness. 

• Karmic Release & Liberation Journey visualisation - guided by Fadhya : A journey of releasing karmic debt towards freedom.

• Sacral Heart Resonance - led by Nupur : Highlights the resonance & harmony between Sacral & Heart Chakra, a union of both.

• Bridget's Ember of Hope visualisation & Ceremony - guided by Fadhya : Emphasising the theme of hope and renewal associated with Imbolc ( old Irish word meaning "in the belly")
