- 8 to 8:45am - Posture Breathing & it's Techniques
- 8:45 to 9:15am - Yoga for chest opener and thoracic mobility
- 9:15 to 9:30am - Refreshment Break
- 9:30 to 10:00am - Restorative & Yin Yoga
- 10 to 10:45am - Sound Bath
- 10:45 onwards - Healthy Breakfast
