Rajgundha valley is perched high above the town of Bir. To reach the valley you need to embark on a trek from Billing, which is also the take off site for paragliding. A 14km trek that even beginners will enjoy, it'll take around 5-6 hours to reach the village at top. You can also choose to go via Barot valley through Bada Grahn village, which is shorter, scenic, but a lot steeper as it runs along the Uhl river. You can pack some light snacks for the way, and it's advisable to get a guide along as you may lose your way. Once you reach the valley there are guest house stay options, a hostel by Zostel or you can even camp under the stars if it's not too cold. Trekking guide options are easily available in Bir that cost anywhere around 1500-2500 INR per person depending on whether you choose to camp or not. Uncia Trails is a provider that conducts regular guided treks and may be considered as well.
