  3. Guided Breathwork Practice (15 minutes) Experience a guided session of various breathwork techniques, suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners.
  4. Introduction to Meditation (10 minutes) Explore the basics of meditation, its different forms, and its potential benefits for mental and emotional well-being.
  5. Guided Meditation Practice (15 minutes) Participate in a guided meditation session, focusing on mindfulness and inner calm.
  6. Integrating Breathwork and Meditation into Daily Life (5 minutes) Learn practical tips and strategies for incorporating these practices into your daily routine for lasting benefits.

Week 1: Beginner Pranayama

Practice of simple yet profound breathing techniques that can be practiced at any time of the day and which can be followed easily by beginners as well.


Week 2: Cyclic Meditation

A meditation technique that depends the connect with your body


Week 3: Pranayama/ Meditation

Specific advance pranayama techniques to elevate your meditative experience.


Week 4:

Chakra Meditation Mediation to balance the 7 chakras of the body
