Inspired by its warmth and storytelling, Chef Anumitra—after her successful Studio Ghibli tribute pop-up—now brings a heartfelt culinary homage to this beloved series at Bento Bento in 2025.
Just like in Midnight Diner, where a late-night eatery in Tokyo serves dishes that resonate deeply with its customers' emotions and stories, this pop-up will offer a curated menu featuring comfort dishes that bring both nostalgia and joy, featuring authentic Japanese ingredients, such as umeboshi, katsuobushi soyu, and Japanese mayo. Starters
