Chef Natasha Celmi’s signature approach focuses on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and mindful cooking, making these recipes easy to recreate for relaxed lunches, mezze-style dinners or entertaining at home. Detailed recipe sheets will be sent to you after the class for easy reference.
