Upgrade your everyday with a masterclass in making fresh pasta dough. You’ll roll, shape and cook it to perfection, then knock up a delicious sauce for an undeniably satisfying bowlful. Aprons on!
The menu is fresh hand rolled gnocchi (mini pasta pillows with a potato and flour dough) in the Chef's signature Italian pomodoro or pesto sauce and the most decadent grandma's secret tiramisu.
What will you do:
Make your own gnocchi dough from scratch, roll and shape the gnocchi and cook them.
Demo by the chef of the two sauces- Italian tomato and pesto which you use later to toss your gnocchi in. Recipes will be shared for everything.
Get to work making and layering your own mini tiramisu which you can take home to share with others...or enjoy it over dinner with your cooking mate.
Sit down at the beautiful dinner tables at the studio to enjoy your pasta dinner while chatting with other guests and making new friends, or just bond with your date partner!
Suitable for beginners and advance cooks- open to all!
