We’re ringing in the new year with a Korean Shop by Chef Gokul!

This new year, we invite you to explore the rich, vibrant flavors of Korean cuisine at The Conservatory with Korean Shop by Chef Gokul. This special menu is a tribute to the late-night culinary adventures Chef Gokul experienced in New York’s Koreatown, but with a personal twist—he was first introduced to Korean cooking by his Korean friend’s mother and grandmother, whose home-cooked meals left a mark on his culinary journey.

Chef Gokul, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, has perfected his craft at renowned Michelin-starred restaurants such as Junoon, Aureole, The Clock Tower, Rezdora, and Dominique in New York, as well as Blackbird in Chicago. His expertise spans both culinary and pastry arts, and his innovative creations have taken Chennai by storm through his brand Hygge By Chef Gokul.

From Italian to Korean, Japanese to Thai, Filipino to Ethiopian, Chef Gokul’s culinary expertise covers a world of flavors. His time in New York, shaped by the warmth of Korean home cooking, inspired him to bring the bold, comforting tastes of Korea to life in this pop-up.

  • The management is not responsible for any injury or damage that may occur during an event.
  • The conservatory is located on the 2nd floor of the Courtyard which is a 44 step climb up
  • Please arrive on time for your selected slot, as your ticket is valid only for that specific time. Once purchased, your slot cannot be changed.
  • Do not purchase tickets from anyone other than on the ticketing platform.
  • Each slot, lasting 2 hours only, requires attendance at the booked time, with no accommodation for attendance at any other slot except the one booked.
  • No-shows and cancellations are non-refundable by all means.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and are for personal use only.
  • The schedule is subject to change in case of an emergency or any event out of our control.
  • Children over 7 years of age require a ticket.
  • Children below the age of 7 are not allowed.
  • No liability or claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink will be entertained by the management.
  • Parking near the event premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
  • Paid Valet Parking at Rs. 200 per car.
  • Please note that both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are prepared in the same kitchen.
  • The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder's appearance on any channel without any further approval of theirs.
