With roots in Central Travancore cuisine, Ammu brings to life the rich, authentic flavours passed down through generations of her family. This Syrian Christian meal is inspired by recipes lovingly handed down from her mother and grandmother, each dish is a tribute to tradition and the joy of good food that evokes cherished memories.
