CLASS CONDUCTED IN HINDI-KANNADA
A practical class to give your home helper an insight into Asian cuisine- understand ingredients, taste flavours and learn techniques. Chef Natasha Celmi's signature style focuses on healthy cooking using fresh local ingredients, ensuring your family's nutrition. The menu features popular dishes from South-East Asian countries, so your daily dinners are vibrant and flavourful and something the family looks forward to.
The class is conducted in Hindi-Kannada to explain basics of cooking vegetables and grains al dente, avoiding overcooking proteins and other such basics of Asian cooking. Recipe sheets in English will be sent home for your referral.
