A 14th century fort built by Feroz Shah Tughlaq, it is popularly believed to be inhabited by Djinns. Devotees submit letters listing their problems and requesting assistance from the Djinns in the underground cells of the fort and leave offerings. Tughlaq also transported a 3rd century BC stone pillar, constructed by the great Emperor Ashoka, to the fort where it can be seen today.
