Come join us for a day filled with fun , relaxation and good food. It’s an all day retreat which entails a combination of activities and food breaks. The whole event is tailored keeping in mind , nourishment for the body and mind so take a break and indulge in some mindful activities. The day should look like
930 am - Arrival
Upon arrival indulge in some healthy nourishing breakfast.
10am
Warm up with some fun game and activities
11am - 12pm
Functional training to prepare for the events to follow and end with a session of tug of war
12pm to 1 pm
Indulge in some lip smacking food laid out as a communal lunch by Master chef Arthi , whose has a speciality pop up restaurant Ragù
1pm - 2pm
You have some free time , use this time for conversations , a stroll in the farm or read a book
2pm - 4pm
We will have a session of animal flow taught by Ranjit from ,Academy of strength , followed by mobility and flexibility session.
4pm to 5pm
Indulge in snacks and some fun games to end the session
