Ghogo : Pocket Paradise in south Goa.

Imagine a light forest walk through abundant vegetation, past a tiny stream that meets a pygmy, private waterfall. Nothing trekking but everything light and easy.

Cocooned in between, is a private forest hut to breakfast, lunch, this one invites the young, younger and the youngest including your doggo.

What your day looks like (bet. 9:30 am till about 3 pm)

• A 30-minute drive from Varca, Benaulim, Majorda and a 75-minute drive from Agonda, Palolem, Patnem, Galjibag, Talpona to the meeting point at Rachol Seminary.
• Meet your host and follow her/his vehicle as you drive your vehicle into the ferry.
• Drive out of the ferry onto the winding roads for about half hour.
• Park and saunter for about 800 meters to our forest hut for a village breakfast.
• Strap into your life vests and potter off to the waterfall for a swim, splash and hey, even a cliff-jump into the waters.
• Somewhere in between, snack on local bites.
• Later, walk back to the hut for a homely lunch over food, feni & stories before winding down around 3 pm.

Private Group of a min. 5 : Fees per guest + 18% GST

Non-private group : Fees per guest + 18% GST

Rs 3000 + Rs 540 for 18 years & above

Rs 1500 + Rs 270 for 13-17 years

Rs 1000 + Rs 180 for 6-12 years

No fees are levied on toddlers.

What to carry/wear

Poncho, towel, change of clothes, swimwear, a bag to carry back soaked clothes and closed footwear like floaters/ shoes.
