What's Bungee Fitness?
Bungee fitness is a dynamic and fun form of exercise that combines elements of traditional fitness with the added challenge and excitement of being harnessed to bungee cords. The bungee cords are attached to the ceiling, allowing participants to perform a variety of movements such as jumps, lunges, squats, and even aerial manoeuvres with reduced impact on the joints.
