Seafood is not just a dish—it’s a way of life. From fresh prawns caught at dawn to dried bombil sun-kissed on rooftops, every bite tells a story of salt, spice, and generations of recipes passed down from hand to hand.

One of the most cherished accompaniments? Rice Roti—delicate, soft flatbreads cooked on an open flame, perfect to mop up every drop of curry. And at this event, you won’t just eat it—you’ll learn how to make it too.
