Agile Living in Motion is a reflective, body-led workshop designed to help you reconnect with the subtle signals your body sends every day. Whether you’re navigating change, recovering from long-held physical patterns, or simply looking to live with more ease, this session offers a spacious, supportive environment to pause and realign.

Led by Sandeep Selvakumar, a Therapeutic and Functional Movement Specialist, the session moves gently through guided practices that honour your body’s present reality — not some past version of it.Through a blend of movement, conversation, and reflective tools, you’ll explore: • What your body is trying to tell you now • How needs around food, sleep, and energy shift over time • Letting go of outdated fitness narratives • Moving from performance to presenceThis is not a fitness class. It’s a space for awareness, rest, and reorientation.

Meet Your Coach: Sandeep Selvakumar

Sandeep is a Therapeutic and Functional Movement Specialist focused on helping people reclaim ease and functionality in their bodies. His approach is grounded in Cognitive Functional Therapy, which blends physical, psychological, and behavioural methods to support people — especially those with chronic back pain — in rebuilding trust with their bodies.
