A STORY WALK through Velachery

Take a short guided walk through Velachery and chance upon her stories which have transcended over time to be relevant even today. For around 1.5 hours, carry this vintage feel all over Velachery as you zigzag obscure lines of stories separating history and myth, of whimsical Gods, and extraordinary mortals.

You begin your short walk early morning around 7am , near WESTIN hotel ( ezact location will be sent after registration) . Over the next one and half hours, this gripping walk will take you on an extraordinary journey of the flourishing neighbourhood that’s been in existence since Pallava reign. Curate all these for your very own memories as you learn about Velachery, understand background of very many Indian beliefs, and get a sneak peek of way of life around here.

Dress comfortably and conservatively, as the trail takes you through religious sanctums and it is best to keep your shoulders and legs covered.
