What Happens:

● Activity 1: An Icebreaker sharing or game

● Activity 2: Brief introduction to the 5 Love Languages through stories.

● Activity 3: Participants take a quick quiz to identify their love language.

● Activity 4: Group activity: Pair participants to create scenarios or gestures to express each love language

● Activity 5: Pick an Oracle card

● Takeaway: Each person creates for themselves a personalized "Love Language Card" with tips on how to nurture their relationship with themselves and others.

Event 2: 16th February 2025

Title of event 2: Love Letters: The Art of Expressing Affection

What Happens:

● Activity 1: Icebreaker sharing/game (may include sharing memorable moments of receiving or writing a love letter)

● A short guided meditation on Compassion & Unconditional Love

● Activity 2: Guided session on crafting a heartfelt letter (whether for romantic love, self-love, or appreciation for friends/family).

● Activity 3: Optional sharing of letters in small groups or anonymously posting them on a “Wall of Love” at the café.

● Takeaway: Beautiful stationery or a postcard to encourage participants to continue writing love letters since the world needs more love letters

Event 3: 23rd February 2025

Title for event 3: Love Yourself First: A Self-Love Workshop

Theme: Building Self-Compassion and Confidence

What Happens:

● Activity 1: Icebreaker

● Quick mindfulness meditation to connect with self.

● Activity 2: Fun reflective exercise: “What I Love About Me” (participants list their strengths and joys).

● Oracle cards on love your body – each participant can pick one and journal for a few mins what it means to them, or share in a sharing circle

● Activity 3: Group activity: Create a "Self-Love Jar" with affirmations or small acts of kindness participants can gift themselves.

● Takeaway: A jar filled with affirmations or prompts to practice self-love regularly.
