Tai chi, often called Meditation in Motion, is an incredibly potent system of mind body synergy and a block and tackle system, working on the joints and angles of the body.

Rashid Ansari has been practicing/teaching the martial arts , dance, movement, choreography and holistic health/wellness for over 50 years now, both in India and various parts of the world. In addition to martial arts, Ansari is a contemporary dance instructor and choreographer. He has explored physical theatre and theatre movement, integrating these disciplines into his teaching methodology. He founded and serves as the artistic director of Mobius Strip, a dance theatre company, and Earth Rhythms, a world music ensemble. He also conducts classes and workshops in “Dance your Senses - The 5 Rhythms.” A organic movement methodology based on the individual’s own intrinsic sense of movement and emotions - as a means of finding one’s own movement and dealing with physical, emotional and intellectual blocks.
