Woodland Walk at Shilonda, SGNP

Commencing on the plains just before the Kanheri foothills, this serene trail meanders gently northward, unveiling a former tribal settlement now enveloped by nature. The path showcases a gradual transition in vegetation, starting from scrub-land and progressing to a lush, tall evergreen forest. Exploring this trail offers a refreshing escape for city-weary souls.

Length of Nature Trail :- 2 to 3 kms.

For kids, between 3 to 12 yrs , charges are Rs 850 per child

Itinerary

07:15 AM - Assemble at the main gate, SGNP.

07:30 AM - Depart to the forest in an SGNP vehicle.

07:45 AM - Introduction and start walking into Dense Forest.

08:30 AM - Reach at Shilonda Stream 

10:00 AM - End our trail at Shilonda Entry
