Join Sommelier Devati Mallick (Founder & Curator, Drink With D Wine Experiences) for Last of the Winter Wines: an indulgent, premium tasting experience at Captain’s Cellar, one of our favourite wine spaces in the city!
This evening is our final celebration of winter wines before we transition into lighter summer pours. Think rich whites, structured reds, and beautifully layered, single-vineyard expressions. We’ve picked five fabulous wines, from a textured Pinot Gris and an elegant Chardonnay to a plush Californian Pinot Noir and a refined Côtes du Rhône red, alongside delicious small plates to snack on.
At its heart, this is still a Drink With D community tasting: shared tables, generous pours, and a room full of curious wine lovers discovering new favourites together. Expect conversations between glasses, new wine friendships, and that signature community buzz we love — just with a slightly more indulgent twist.
