On a walk through Dhared village, you’ll get to see farmers at work, cows being milked, and even get to experience something as simple as stroking the soft coat of a lamb. This village, home to several of our partners, has just about 30 homes and is surrounded by terraced fields.
Details
- The best time to visit is at sundown, when you can take advantage of the golden light for some social media-worthy pictures. Remember to ask for permission, though, before you take photos of people. When you’re done, make your way to the atmospheric home (built of wood and slate in the traditional style) of one of our partners. Here, at the verandah you can enjoy tea and snacks or lunch while admiring the beauty of this small village.
