Spend a slow and nourishing morning at our Yoga Brunch, an experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, your food, and the land.
We begin the morning with a guided yoga session in the calm setting of a regenerative farm within Bangalore city limits. Surrounded by open skies and greenery, the session focuses on gentle movement, breath, and grounding, making it suitable for both beginners and regular practitioners.
After the yoga session, guests will take a relaxed walk around the farm to understand how regenerative farming works and how soil, biodiversity, and seasonal growing practices influence the food we eat. It is a chance to see the landscape up close and appreciate the journey of ingredients from soil to plate.
The morning continues with a thoughtfully curated five course breakfast that celebrates ancient grains from different regions of Karnataka. The menu brings together traditional ingredients such as millets and heritage grains, presented in familiar and comforting breakfast formats while staying rooted in regional food traditions.
This is a slow morning meant to nourish both body and mind. It combines movement, learning, and a shared meal that celebrates local grains, seasonal produce, and the richness of Karnataka’s food heritage.
