The Village Bistro - Arpora

Overlooking the paddy fields of Porba Vodda is Chef Gracian de Souza’s bistro that brings reimagined European fare to Goa. After consulting on menus for many popular restaurants in the bigger cities, the chef comes back to his hometown to experiment and play with local flavours in the best way. They have a wonderful wine bar as well if you’d like to sample local and international wines with your food. The plates are inventive and feature a range of delicious, light and flavourful dishes that are meant to be shared over many drinks.
