During the session, you’ll prepare a variety of flavours, including Dark Chocolate Truffles, Berry Truffles, Hazelnut Praline Truffles, and Coffee & Caramel Truffles. You’ll gain a clear understanding of the types of chocolate available in the market, how to choose the right chocolate for truffle making, and the techniques needed to achieve perfectly smooth truffles. The workshop also covers adding flavours correctly, as well as coating, finishing, and decorating truffles for a polished, gourmet look.

All ingredients and materials are provided, and you’ll leave with freshly made truffles along with the confidence to recreate them on your own.
