The Rice Mill - Cafe ⋅ Bar

Housed in – you guessed it – an old rice mill, this lovingly-restored café-bar is Goa’s go-to for jazz Saturdays and weekend brekkie. The 1950s-era building is slap-bang in the middle of a charming village, with lush green views outside and brick-clad walls and rustic decor inside. Architect and owner Raya Shankhwalker’s love for coffee bleeds into the menu, as they source their beans from a nearby roastery in small batches so your morning cuppa is always fresh and energising.
