Living with a chronic illness can sometimes feel like moving through the world at a different pace than everyone else. This gathering is a small attempt to create space for that pace.
We’ll spend a quiet afternoon together surrounded by trees, fresh air, and open space. Nothing structured or overwhelming - just people sitting together, talking, listening, and enjoying the comfort of being around others who understand what it means to live with an invisible or chronic condition.
Some of us may share stories. Some may just listen. Both are equally welcome.
We’ll also have a few gentle activities and simple games - nothing competitive, just small ways to connect, laugh a little, and make the afternoon feel lighter.
There’s no pressure to perform, explain your illness, or push beyond your limits. You’re welcome to rest, take breaks, or simply sit quietly and take in the surroundings.
The intention behind this meetup is simple: to spend a little time in nature, slow down, and remind ourselves that none of us are navigating this journey alone.
