The Cottage Amidst the Pines

Don’t go all the way to Himachal just to be stuck in crowded, touristy areas. Instead, come here for a laid-back, easy experience. This is a pretty spot away from the Tirthan and Jibhi valleys. Run by super-fun hosts, you will be witness to bonfire sessions, BBQs, and other chill activities around the area. The house is made of mud and rock, and this property even has a mini stream and baby waterfall that you can relax in during the summer! It’s seriously cute. Of course, like all our homes, the homestay is as unobtrusive and small as possible, and food is locally-sourced and cooked fresh. There are four rooms with attached bathrooms, and space for extra bedding.
