Through three distinct plating philosophies: Nature-Inspired Chaos, Artist-Led Expression, and Minimalist Precision - you’ll watch live demonstrations before creating your own plated dessert using elements like dark chocolate sponge, salted chilli ganache, seasonal fruit, hazelnut crumble, and rosemary-infused olive oil.
Along the way, learn practical frameworks such as colour balance, texture contrast, and composition, skills you can carry into your own kitchen.
