About the workshop:

Level 1 'Talk to Anyone' aims to bring out your spontaneity. We will play some of the finest improv exercises geared to lighten your mind in social settings, forget the need to be ‘right’ or ‘liked’ while conversing and learn to be present in the moment.

We will also apply proven researched tools for conversation starters, such as:

a. Open body language

b. Mirrored energy

c. Starting small
