The luxury boutique hotel features the quintessential Goan buildings done up in old-school four-poster beds and stunning antique decor collected with a curatorial eye. The pool, set in the centre of their courtyard, makes for quite the calling card– but we’d also head to Sur La Mer if we were looking for great atmosphere, delicious food and fantastic people to stay amongst. Raju and Nayan are exemplary hosts and fitting examples of the warmth and hospitality you’d expect from boutique stays. Small wonder, then, that people who stay there once never go anywhere else.
