Only raw materials enter Subko’s roastery - all the coffee and bakehouse products are crafted from scratch, in house. Their founder and chief roaster Rahul Reddy has a Q Grader certification - widely considered the globe’s premier coffee ‘sommelier’ certification for sensory analysis of coffee and their ‘Head of Bread’ Daniel Trulson is among the premier talents in bread making and viennoiserie in India.
