This walk aims to explore such heritages that lie silently on the busy roads of Mumbai.
Beginning with Gilbert Hill, a stone structure that has been in Mumbai even before Mumbai was born, we will visit the easily-visible lesser known Mahakali (Buddhist) caves in Andheri and finally visit the Jogeshwari (Brahmanical) caves to understand how different stones were chiseled by the contemporary societies over time.
This Walk will be led by Yogini Aatreya expert historian and epigraphy enthusiast.
