This is a guided sound-based session that requires participation and willingness to work with attention.
The first part of the session involves a structured, step by step exercise method.
Participants are guided to objectively observe sensation, breath, sound, and internal response without interpretation.
As attention stabilises, sound is introduced to deepen sensory awareness and quiet habitual mental loops.
Over time, this leads to a direct experience of presence as a subtle, embodied state rather than a conceptual idea.
Ways to be prepared for the session -
- Wear loose comfortable clothes
- Avoid jewelry, heavy makeup, accessories
- Avoid any stimulant like coffee, alcohol or other substance 12 to 24 hrs prior.
- Keep your stomach empty to light for the session.
- Carry a stole or cover, if you feel cold easily.
- Inform if you are sensitive to sound, smell, touch of any kind.
