Slow Flow & Flower Meditation

We'll begin with a gentle Slow Flow yoga session, transitioning into a guided flower meditation practice. Each participant will receive a fresh garden rose for the meditation, where you'll explore techniques such as Visualization, Gazing, and Breathwork. These practices will help you cultivate inner peace, gratitude, and a deep connection to the natural world.

Flower Binding Therapy

Following the meditation you will create your own rose bouquet in this therapeutic session, guided by Nidhi from Shades of Spring.Known for its ability to reduce anxiety, enhance creativity, and promote emotional release, flower binding therapy harnesses the high vibrational energy of roses to foster relaxation and mental well-being.

High Tea

Conclude the event with a delightful High Tea experience. Continuing our theme, enjoy a refreshing rose-infused drink and a delicate rose energy ball, as well as canapes, sandwiches and cakes. Everyone will eat and chat together, so it's a lovely chance to meet new people and try new things.
